Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the digitaludann.com website or hiring DigitalUdann for IT and digital marketing projects. By accessing our website or contracting our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Offerings and Agreements

DigitalUdann provides website design, custom software development, mobile application development, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search campaigns, and digital marketing advisory services.

• All projects require a signed service agreement or explicit written confirmation detailing the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment plan.
• Any adjustments to the agreed-upon project scope may result in additional charges and timeline revisions.

2. Client Responsibilities

For us to deliver services successfully, clients must cooperate by providing required business assets, content, access credentials, and timely feedback/approvals. DigitalUdann is not liable for project delays caused by a client's failure to provide necessary information or resources.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including upfront deposit percentages, milestone payouts, and final payments, will be defined in the project proposal or invoice. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or milestone parameters are met. Unpaid balances beyond the due date may result in a suspension of services or website hosting.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom-developed website source code, visual assets, and materials created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client. DigitalUdann retains ownership of pre-existing software codes, frameworks, components, and methodologies utilized across multiple client accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

DigitalUdann strives to deliver top-tier, secure systems and high-performing marketing campaigns. However, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales figures, or error-free website operation. DigitalUdann shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, security breaches, search engine algorithmic updates, or loss of business profits.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement under terms detailed in the custom contract. Upon termination, the client shall compensate DigitalUdann for all hours worked and milestones achieved up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any project disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
